Plattsburgh State Athletics

2015 (Junior): Cross Country: Competed in seven meets for Plattsburgh State… earned a top 10 finish at the Pre-SUNYAC meet with a time of 24:30.1 on September 19^th… placed 73^rd out of 453 runners at the Mike Woods Invitational with a time of 23:24.9 on October 3^rd.

2014-15 (Sophomore): Indoor: Morgan finished in eighth during the 5000 meter run with a time of 21:47.98 at the Hamilton Invitational (1/31)…placed 10^th during the 5000 meter run with a time of 20:35.14 at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite (2/21)…Outdoor: Finished in second place during the 5000 meter run with a time of 19:59.11 at the Middlebury Invitational (4/3)…Morgan finished in fourth place in the 5000 meter run with a time of 19:57.68 at the Capital District Classic (4/25).

2013-14 (Freshman): Cross Country: Became one of two Cardinals - and the only freshman - to compete in all nine regular season meets... put forth her best six-kilometer performance at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships when she finshed 183rd in a time of 25:05.1... came up with the fifth-best finish among the Plattsburgh State ranks at the SUNYAC Championships by crossing the finish line in 90th place (25:40.3)... named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Placed 10^th in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 12:07.70 at the Saints Indoor Invitational (1/18).

High School: Manufactured a productive four-year career as part of the cross country team at Webster Thomas High School... earned a selection to the All-County Second Team during her final prep campaign in which she also served as the team captain... also particiated in indoor and outdoor track and field for four seasons each... amassed one scholar-athlete award in each of her seasons from 2009-13. 

Personal: Born Morgan Brittany Deming on April 2, 1995... daughter of Scott and Loree Deming... sister, Brianna, is a member of the cross country team at Rutgers University... plans to major in nursing at Plattsburgh State
