Plattsburgh State Athletics

2017 (senior): Named to one of the three NCAA Division III All-East Region women's soccer teams, earning third team... Also named to one of the three 2017 SUNYAC Women's Soccer teams, being named Third-Team honors... Started in all 19 of the games she played this season for Plattsburgh State...  Recorded seven goals, one being a game-winning goal against SUNY Oswego (Sept. 29).

2016 (junior): Played in all 20 games, starting in three... Netted seven goals and two assists for the season... Recorded a game-winning goal against Oswego (Sept. 30).

2015 (sophomore): Appeared in all 20 games for the Cardinals including three starts… second year forward netted five goals and two assists for 12 points… had a season high three points (1G, 1A) against Keene State on 9/1… scored three game winners on the season… member of the fall SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic team.

2014 (freshman): The freshman forward appeared in 14 games… collected three points on a goal and an assist… made her collegiate debut against St. Lawrence on Aug. 29, 2014… scored against SUNY Canton on Sept. 3... played a season-high 60 minutes against Skidmore on Sept. 20.

High School: Five letters in soccer and track, four letters in basketball… All-State four years for soccer and track… All-State two years in basketball… All-Conference five years in soccer… four year All-League in basketball and track… scored a 105 goals in soccer… section IV Champion in 100M hurdles… played on the Oneonta soccer club for four years.
 
Personal: Born Sarah Laura Haight on December 13 in East Meredith, N.Y. … daughter of Eric and Claudia… sister Chelsea played soccer at Hamilton from 2009-2013.
