Plattsburgh State Athletics

2013 (Graduate): Put the finishing touches on a Plattsburgh State volleyball career that will go down as one of the best ever... led the Cardinals - and the SUNYAC - with a kills per set average of 3.50 which was also the 73rd-highest figure in all of NCAA Division III volleyball... hammered down at least 10 kills in all but five of the Cardinals' 32 matches... smashed down her 1,000th kill in Memorial Hall during a 3-2 loss to St. Lawrence (10/8)... entered the 1,000 dig club by scooping up 17 during a 3-2 win over SUNYAC rival Brockport (9/28)... selected to represent Plattsburgh State on four all-tournament teams through 2013... earned a spot on the SUNYAC Volleyball Championship All-Tournament team by averaging 14 kills and 15 digs in two matches... parlayed her on-court prowess into SUNYAC Player of the Year, AVCA All-New York Region, ECAC Metro/Upstate Second Team All-Star and AVCA Honorable Mention All-American accolades.

2012 (Senior): Further cemented her reputation as one of the greatest volleyball players to ever darken the Plattsburgh State doorway... led the team in nearly every significant statistical category including kills (307), digs (451), kills per set (2.65) and digs per set (3.89)... reset a career-high with 25 digs at SUNY Canton (10/9)... turned in another career-performance after smashing down 21 kills againt Mount St. Mary's (10/26)... was named to no fewer than five All-Tournament teams through the course of her penultimate collegiate campaign... served as the lone Plattsburgh State representitive on the All-SUNYAC Second Team - a laurel she earned for the second consecutive season.   

2011 (Junior): Appeared in 111 sets and led the team in kills with 362 ... second on the team with 292 digs ... named to the Hamilton Invitational All-Tournament team ... posted season-highs with 19 kills and 18 digs against Canton (Sept. 2) ... received All-SUNYAC Second Team honors.

2010 (Sophomore): Appeared in 36 sets in her first year with the Cardinals ... led the team with 2.14 kills per set ... posted season-highs with 13 kills, 34 digs and four blocks against Buffalo State (Sept. 18) ... named to the Cardinal Classic All-Tournament team after recording 37 kills, 79 digs and 10 blocks over the weekend ... also competed as a member of the Plattsburgh State women's track and field team.

Before Plattsburgh: Attended Springfield College for her freshman year ... participated in volleyball and track and field.

High School: Three-time letter winner in soccer and volleyball at Beekmantown High School ... earned four varsity letters in track and field ... reached regionals in volleyball three times and soccer twice ... set four school records in track ... participated in the Empire State Games ... involved in Habitat for Humanity projects.  

Personal: Born Rosilyn Rae Cummings on Oct. 7, 1991 in Plattsburgh, N.Y. ... daughter of Joni Moschelle and Peter Cummings ... enjoys snowboarding and longboarding in her free time ... is majoing in business with a minor in gender & women's studies.
