Biography

2018 (Senior): Started all 19 games for the Cardinals.

2017 (Junior): Started in all 20 games for Plattsburgh State this season.

2016 (Sophomore): Appeared in five games, starting in one against Medaille (Sept. 2).

2015 (Freshman): Rookie defender appeared in five games including one start in collegiate debut against Clarkson (9/6).

High School: Lettered 10 times between soccer, basketball and softball including five-times as a goalie in soccer… member of the Poughkeepsie Journal all-star team… 2012-13 and 2014-15 division champion in soccer… 2013 and 2015 division, section and regional champion in softball… played five years for the Wappingers Eagles and one year with the Hudson Valley Soccer Academy.
 
Personal: Born Michelle Paige Nowak on November 5 in Newburgh, N.Y. … daughter of Mark and Robin Nowak… enjoys reading and hiking… majoring in environmental science.
