Plattsburgh State Athletics

2013 (Junior): Emerged as the number-one netminder for the Cardinals during her first season at an NCAA institution... set up shop at the mouth of the Plattsburgh State goal for the first time during the second half of the Cardinals' 2-1 loss at Mount St. Mary (9/14)... received her first starting assignment against Clarkson (9/24) where she made one save to record her first clean sheet in a 4-0 Plattsburgh State win... from then on, started each and every match in goal... logged a career-high 110 minutes protecting the goal in a 0-0 deadlock against SUNYAC rival Oneonta State (10/11)... made a career-high seven saves on three occasions, the last of which came in a 1-0 loss to Brockport (10/25)... gave up just one score in her four wins. 

Prior to Plattsburgh State: Protected the goal mouth at Finger Lakes Community College from 2011-13... no other keeper in FLCC history possessed a better goals against average than Kirkpatrick... helped her squad to a conference championship... was selected to represent FLCC on the 2011 Region III All-Tournament Team. 

High School: Took up residence in goal at West Irondequoit High School for three seasons on the varsity squad... also suited up for the Rochester Football Club team.

Personal: Born Kristy Kirkpatrick on September 17, 1993, in Syracuse, N.Y. ... daughter of Scott Kirkpatrick... enjoys photography... plans to major in psychology at Plattsburgh State.
