High School: Competed in soccer (four years), lacrosse (two years), and basketball (one year) at Ward Melville high school... 2x State Champion... Played club soccer for Long Island Slammers. 

Personal: Daughter of Bret and Kate McGowan... Enjoys art and going to the gym.
