2013 (Freshman): Figures to be a sizable part of the Cardinals' midfield plans after a fine debut campaign... appeared in 17 of the 18 regular season outings and received eight starts in that same span... cut her collegiate teeth with a 35-minute showing in the Cardinals' season opener at Colby-Sawyer where she also took her first shot (8/30)... struck for her first collegiate goal - a game winner - during a 3-1 home triumph over SUNYAC foe New Paltz (10/12).
High School: Served as a fixture in the midfield for four years at Schuylerville High School... honed her soccer skills with the Albany Alleycats club team... also suited up for the lacrosse team for four seasons.
Personal: Born Heather Christine Marko on August 31, 1995, in Pittsfield, Mass. ... daughter of John and Shelly Marko... plans to major in nutrition at Plattsburgh State.
