Sarah Erno, a former four-year women's soccer student-athlete at SUNY Potsdam, begins her third year as an assistant women's soccer coach at Plattsburgh State in 2025.

Erno competed for Potsdam from 2015-18, seeing action in 65 matches and logging nearly 3,000 minutes. She was a part of the winningest class in Potsdam history, as the Bears won 44 matches during her career. Her career culminated with a 14-4-1 mark in 2018 and an appearance in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Tournament semifinals.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Potsdam in 2019 and is currently pursuing her Master of Counselor Education in school counseling from St. Bonaventure University.
