2024-2025 (Junior): Named a Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholar... Named to EAST-COMM Academic Honor Roll... Named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll... Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team... Appeared in all 28 games, tallying eight points on one goal and seven assists... Second on the team with 34 blocked shots... Tied for fourth on the team with a +11 plus-minus... Tallied two assists against Morrisville on Dec.6... Also had two assists against Norwich on Jan. 6... Scored the game-winning goal against Morrisville on Jan. 18. 

2023-2024 (Sophomore): Named a Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholar... Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team... Named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll...  Appeared in all 28 games played... Scored two goals and tallied four assists for six points... Blocked 23 shots and maintained a plus-minus of +18, good for third and fourth on the team, respectively. 

2022-2023 (First-Year): Named to the NEWHL All-Rookie team... AHCA/Krampade All-American Scholar... Named to SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll... Made first career start for the Cardinals on Nov. 4... Recorded two goals and seven assists in 29 games played... Scored one powerplay goal... Scored first career goal along with a season-high five blocked shots against SUNY Morrisville on Nov. 19.

Before Plattsburgh State: Played club hockey for the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers and attended Moorestown High School.

Personal: Daughter of Craig and Jan Balfour... Also plays for the Plattsburgh State women's lacroose team.
