Club: Played for Nepean Junior Wildcats. 

High School: Attended Louis-Riel, where she competed in ice hockey and volleyball...helped team capture the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations hockey championship in 2009...voted the school's athlete of the year during her sophomore year. 

Personal: Born Michelle Nicole Gatien on Feb. 14, 1991 in Ottawa, Ontario...parents are Bernard and Mona...enjoys rollerblading...fitness and wellness leadership major.
