Before Plattsburgh State: Played for the Boston Jr. Eagles, helping the team to a 2019 state championship... Participated in the USA Hockey National Developmental Camp in St. Cloud, Minn., in 2017-18.
High School: Competed in ice hockey and lacrosse at Westfield High School for four years... In ice hockey, was Western Mass High School MVP her senior year, First-Team All-Western Mass her sophomore, junior and senior years and Second-Team All-Western Mass her freshman year... In lacrosse, was First-Team All-Valley League for three years.
Personal: Daughter of Dave and Diane Kowalski... Enjoys helping younger kids learn to skate in her spare time.
