2010-11 (Junior): Played in 26 of team’s 27 games … Ranked second-highest on the team for defensive scorers with four goals and 12 assists … Recorded a four-point weekend with one goal and three assists against Chatham (Nov. 20-21) … Had a five-game point streak with one goal and five assists … Scored a power-play goal against Buffalo State (Jan. 16)

2009-10 (Sophomore): Led all Cardinal blueliners with 21 points on three goals and 18 assists...notched two power-play goals, both in ECAC-West contests...credited with game-winning goals in 6-0 win vs. Neumann Dec. 5 and in 4-3 win vs. RIT Jan. 22...ranked No. 8 in the country in points per game by defensemen (0.75)...13 power-play points were most on the team (two goals, 11 assists)...appeared in all of team's 28 games...named Second-Team All-ECAC-West.

2008-09 (Freshman): Contributed four goals and five assists for nine points during first season...appeared in all 29 of the team's games...among highest point-scorer for first-year players and defensemen...scored two power play goals...registered an assist and plus-4 rating in collegiate debut, an 11-1 Oct. 24 season-opening win against ECAC West and North Country rival Potsdam at home...credited with a game-winning goal in 7-0 shutout over Cortland (Feb. 7), scoring unassisted just 1 minute and 22 seconds after the opening face-off. 

Before Plattsburgh: Played for Belleville from 2004-07 and Whitby Junior Wolves from 2007-08...helped Whitby to a pair of tournament championships...amateur coach was Shane Terry...played at Bayside Secondary School...earned Coaches' and team MVP awards...captain...prep coach was Dave Whitney.

Personal: Born Erika J. Shaubel on April 17, 1989 in Arnprior, Ontario…parents are Pam and Kevin...enjoys rollerblading, sports and music...majoring in criminal justice and a sociology minor.
