Plattsburgh State Athletics

2014-15 (Sophomore): Indoor: Powered a Cardinal team to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:36.11 at the Hamilton Invitational (1/31)…finished in 10^th place during a 1000 meter run with a time of 3:28.83 at the Hamilton Invitational (1/31)…Outdoor: Powered a Cardinal team to a second place finish in the 4x800 meter relay in a time of 10:06.48 at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18)…finished in eighth with the Cardinals in the 4x400 meter relay in a time of 4:37.75 at the Capital District Classic (4/25).

2013-14 (Freshman): Cross Country: Emerged as arguably the best first-year performer for the Cardinals while taking part in eight meets... produced sub-25 minute times in four of the five six-kilometer races she took part in... enjoyed her quickest six-kilometer race of the season at the Connecticut College Invitational where she placed 90th in a time of 24:33... saw her best performance of the season come at the Oneonta State Early Bird Invite where she navigated the five-kilometer course in a 22nd-place time of 18:07.3. Indoor: Placed ninth in the 3,000 meter run at the Saints Indoor Invitational with a time of 11:52.38 (1/18)… Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 1500 meter run at the Albany Invitational with a time of 5:28.84 (4/19)… helped a Cardinal team to a sixth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:35.69 at the RPI Invitational (4/26)… placed 11^th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 12:41.56 at the SUNYAC Championships (5/2).

High School: Spent three years as a standout performer on the Byram Hills High School cross country squad... collected a total of three All-League honors in addition to one All-County award... set up shop in the outdoor track and field lanes for four seasons at the varsity level as well... picked up three All-League citations... set a new school record in the 2,000-meter steeplechase... signed on with the indoor track and field varsity brigade for one season and wound up with an All-League Honorable Mention award to show for it. 

Personal: Born Lauren Anna Perschetz on May 8, 1995... daughter of Kenny and Donna Perschetz... has not yet declared a major at Plattsburgh State.
