2012 (SOPHOMORE): Made 11 appearances including four starts as the backup catcher...recorded 33 putouts...had three hits, two runs and an RBI ... made the SUNYAC all-academic team.

Before Plattsburgh: Attended SUNY Cortland where she was a member of the softball squad.

High School: Won three varsity letters for softball under coach Ralph Cross.

Personal: Born Samantha Ashley Tenney on June 2, 1992 in Virginia ...daughter of Michael and Gretchen Zurlo ...fitness and wellness leadership major.
