2023 (First-year): Appeared in 24 games, earning 16 starts... Batted .279 in 61 at bats, finishing with a .541 SLG... Recorded 17 hits, drove in 24 runs, while scoring 14 times... Registered three doubles, two triples, and a team-high three home runs ... Made collegiate debut versus the Mississippi University of Women on 3/13... Picked up her first career hits against Maine-Farmington on 3/15, both of which were triples, tying a program record for triples in one game... Homered against Skidmore on 3/29 ... Hit a grand slam against Clarkson on 4/4, posting a two-hit game and five RBIs in a Plattsburgh win ... Homered and drove in four runs against SUNY Canton on 4/19. 

High School: Competed in softball (four years) and bowling (four years) at Wellington C. Mepham High School... In softball, helped Wellington C. Mepham win county championships in 2021 and 2022 and Long Island championships in 2021 and 2022... In bowling, earned the Senior Achievement Award (2021-22), Newsday Athlete of the Week honors (2020-21), Second-High Average honor (2019-20), the Coaches Award (2020-21, 2019-20, 2018-19) and Student-Athlete of the Month recognition (February 2022) while helping lead Wellington C. Mepham to a Nassau County championship in 2020-21.

Personal: Daughter of Andrew and Francine Persampire... Father, Andrew, competed in baseball at Binghamton University... Hobbies include reading, writing, playing video games, sketching, Greek mythology and baking.
