2025 (Sophomore): Named to EAST-COMM Academic Honor Roll... Named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll... Appeared in 17 games, earning five starts... Had a 7.00 ERA, pitching 40.0 innings and two complete games... Struck out nine batters and allowed 14 walks... Made her Plattsburgh debut against Simpson College on 3/17... Earned a win against Morrisville on 5/2, tossing 2.2 innings while striking out one and allowing just two hits.

Before Plattsburgh State: Attended Elmira College, where she played for the softball team in 2024... Appeared in 18 games, making five starts... Finished the season with a 3-4 record, one save, and an 8.25 ERA in 37.1 IP... Stuck out 31 batters... Tossed four scoreless innings against Morrisville on Mar. 26, earning her first career win while allowing just one hit... Earned a win against Nazareth on Apr. 27 with three scoreless innings, striking out four and allowing just two hits. 

High School: Attended Edwards-Knox Central School, where she competed in softball for six years... League MVP in 2022 and 2023... First Team All-Northern in 2022 and 2023... Second Team All-State in 2023... Helped lead her team to Section X Championships in both 2022 and 2023.

Personal: Daughter of Danielle and Bill Wheat... Enjoys hanging out with her dog Arlo.
