High School: Attended Warrensburg High School, competing in soccer (four years), track and field (two years), and wrestling (two years)... In soccer, was captain junior and senior year, named Bolton/Warrensburg Defensive Player of the Year (Junior/Senior), earned Adirondack League All-Star Second Team (Junior) and Adirondack League All-Star First Team (Senior)... In track and field, was named Warrensburg Male MVP (Senior), went undefeated in Adirondack League in all races (Senior), and qualified for the state tournament in 100m dash (Senior)... Wasaren League Champions in track and field his junior year... Adirondack League Champs in wrestling in both his freshman and sophomore seasons... In soccer, won the Mehan Invitational and Adirondack League Championship both in his senior year.

Personal: Son of Amanda and Jason Rushia... Enjoys music, powerlifting and writing for the school newspaper Cardinal Points.
