Before Plattsburgh State: Attended the University of Western Ontario from 2020-2024, competing on the track & field team... Placed fifth and eighth at the Open Canadian Track and Field Nationals and World Trials in 2022/2023... Placed fourth in the NACAC Combined Events Area Championships in 2022... Placed sixth at the Canada Summer Games in the decathlon in 2022... Heptathlon Champion for Ontario University Athletics in 2022... OUA First Team All-Conference All-Star in 2022... Named Rookie Athlete of the Year in 2022.

High School: Competed in track and field (five years) and cross country (two years) at Penticton High School... Named Most Inspirational Athlete... Was the #1 ranked Canadian Javelin Thrower (U20)... Also ranked the #1 Decathlete (U18)... Bronze Medalist at the Legion National Track and Field Championship in 2019...  As a member of the BC Provincial Champions Club, won six Provincial titles, eight silver medals and three bronze medals... Earned a gold and silver medal at the BC Summer Games in 2016... Won four silver medals in their time at Penticton in the High School Track and Field Championships.

Personal: Parents are Curtis and Sarah... Interests included research and advocacy... Is currently a Killam Fulbright Fellow on exchange from Canada, where they do advocacy with the academic accommodation and mentor a track and field athlete on the team.
