Plattsburgh State Athletics

2013 (Senior): Received an All-SUNYAC Honorable Mention nod after anchoring a defense that allowed 7.06 goals per game ... played a key role on the Cardinals' man-down defense that ranked 14th in Division III at .844 percent ... appeared in 16 games with 32 ground balls ... ranked third on the team with 20 caused turnovers ... named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's List and All-Academic Team.

2012 (Junior): Finished third on the team with 47 ground balls and second with 33 caused turnovers ... appeared in 17 games ... scored his lone goal of the year at Clarkson (March 28) ... caused a season-high six turnovers at Farmingdale State (March 4) ... SUNYAC All-Academic and Commissioner's List honoree.

2011 (Sophomore): Moved back to defense in his second year with the squad ... started all 16 games on the season ... named to the SUNYAC All-Academic team and Commisioner's List.

2010 (Freshman): Made 17 appearances, including 12 starts in his first season with the Cardinals ... appeared in every game ... recorded four goals on 32 shots and scooped 40 ground balls ... notched his first career goal and point against Briarcliffe on March 18.

Plattsburgh State: Spent three seasons as a member of the Plattsburgh State men's soccer team, serving as a backup goalkeeper.

High School:  Received five letters in lacrosse (2) and soccer (3) at Garden City ... served as captain for both teams ... earned all-county honors in both sports ... won back-to-back Nassau County lacrosse championships in 2008-09 ... team MVP with lacrosse and soccer, coming during senior season ... awarded recognition for hard work and dedication by lacrosse coaching staff during his senior year.
