2025 (Senior): Appeared in all 14 games, earning two starts... Tallied one goal for one point on the season... Third on the team in ground balls with 33 and caused nine turnovers... Scooped up a season-high four ground balls and caused a season-high three turnovers against Oswego State on Apr. 19.

2024 (Junior): Appeared in all 16 games... Tallied four points off four goals... Third on the team in ground balls with 41... Second on the team in caused turnovers with 16... Scooped up a season-high eight ground balls against Cortland on Mar. 30... Caused a season-high three turnovers against Canton on Feb. 28. 

2023 (Sophomore): Appeared in 13 games, tallying two points off a goal and an assist... Scooped up 26 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers... Posted a .357 face-off percentage, going 5-14 on the season.

2022 (First-Year): Appeared in all 16 games, tallying three goals and three assists... Scooped up 27 ground balls and had seven caused turnovers... Had a season high in both points (3) and ground balls (4) against Russell Sage College on Apr. 12.

High School: Competed in lacrosse (four years) and football (one year) at Patchogue-Medford High School.

Personal: Son of Kenneth and Jennifer Ruland... Enjoys snowboarding, taking long walks on the beach, playing Xbox, and underwater pumpkin carving in his spare time... Can drink an entire two-liter bottle of Mountain Dew Code Red in under 30 seconds.
