J.D. Hall, a 2017 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) All-America selection and the 2017 Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year, begins his fourth year as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Plattsburgh State in 2025.
Hall competed for the Rochester Institute of Technology for four years as an undergraduate student-athlete, helping the Tigers win four Liberty League championships, achieve an overall record of 79-7 and advance to the NCAA Division III Tournament semifinals on three occasions, which included a runner-up finish in 2017. A Centennial, Colo., native, Hall registered 72 career points on 39 goals and 33 assists as a long-stick midfielder, and he also scooped up 122 ground balls and caused 58 turnovers.
Hall earned his Bachelor of Science in packing science from RIT in 2018.
