Biography
2009-10 (Junior): Appeared in all 29 games, leading the Cardinals in scoring with a 12-18-30 line...named Second-Team All-SUNYAC...had team-high 14 assists and 21 points in conference play...notched 100th career point in a 3-2 loss at Oswego Jan. 30, becoming 48th Cardinal to reach the milestone...posted single game season-high four points on two goals and two assists in 7-0 win against Buffalo State Nov. 20, 2009...named to SUNYAC All-Tournament team.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Earned All-America First Team accolades from the American Hockey Coaches' Association after a career year of 23 assists and 39 points...named to the All-SUNYAC First Team...Dec. 8 SUNYAC Player of the Week after assisting on the game-winning goal against Oswego, 4-3 in overtime on Dec. 5, and the next night scoring hat-trick and an additional assist against Cortland, a 5-3 triumph...led the team with 15 assists and 26 points in SUNYAC games only...11 of 16 goals on the season came during 16 conference contests...ranked 22nd in the nation with 1.44 points per game...second-leading point-scorer for the Cardinals.
2007-08 (Freshman): Had an impressive first year for the Cardinals...led the conference in goals (21) and points (38)...was named to the USCHO East All-Rookie team...earned second-team all-SUNYAC honors...twice named conference rookie of the week (Dec. 3, Jan. 7)...was SUNYAC Player of the Week on Nov. 5...given team’s Rookie of the Year award...his seven game-winning goals were tied for the most in the nation, second on single-season team record list...scored in five straight games three times, including registering at least one point in his first five collegiate appearances.
Before Plattsburgh: Played for Kingston from 2004-07...two-time junior league All-Star...led team in goals and points his last season...attended St. Theresa Secondary school.
Personal: Born Dylan Joseph Clarke on Aug. 21, 1986 in Kingston, Ontario...parents are Robert and Dee...brother, Dale, played at St. Lawrence University (1997-2000) and in the NHL for the Saint Louis Blues...a business management major.
