Plattsburgh State Athletics

2014 (Freshman): Spent the majority of his freshman season biding his time in the Cardinals' bullpen... made his collegiate debut in a non-conference game against UW-Stout and pitched one-third of an inning (3/17)... received his first-ever start in game two of the Cardinals' doubleheader against UW-Stout (3/17).

High School: Served a dual-role as outfielder and pitcher during a two-year varsity career at Northport High School... earned a spot on the All-League and All-County teams... entered the club baseball fray with LIVBC for three seasons and made it to Junior Nationals during each of those seasons... also competed for the Long Island Reds and helped them capture tournament championships in New England locales such as Connecticut and Delaware... played volleyball for two seasons as well.

Personal: Born Peter Thomas Shea on November 8, 1995, in Queens, N.Y. ... son of Peter and Kelly Shea... enjoys baseball, volleyball, archery and running... plans to major in mathematics at Plattsburgh State.
