Plattsburgh State Athletics

2014 (Freshman): Broke into the Cardinals' rotation of on-field players on three occasions during his first season of collegiate hardball action... debuted for the Cardinals during a non-conference bout against UW-Stout where he had his first at-bat as a pinch hitter (3/17)... collected both of his hits in his first and only career start in a 3-2 setback at Lyndon State (4/29)... made one appearance on the bump and worked one inning in a home loss to St. Lawrence (4/23).

High School: Put in two years of service on the varsity hardball squad at Clarkstown South High School... found himself penciled in behind the plate as well as on the mound where he served as the teams' closer.

Personal: Born Michael Doddy on January 29, 1995, in Bardonia, N.Y. ... son of Michael and Peggy Doddy... plans to major in criminal justice at Plattsburgh State.
