Plattsburgh State Athletics

High School: Made quite the name for himself while stationed on the diamond for Beekmantown High School during his prep campaign... took up positons in the outfield and on the pitcher's mound for four seasons at the varsity level and helped lead his squad to a pair of CVAC crowns and a Section 7 championship during his junior year... accumulated a pair of First Team All-Star citations and was twice named a Fifth Team All-State Class B performer (during his junior and senior campaigns)... laced up his skates for four seasons at the varsity level, too, and helped Beekmantown secure three CVAC crowns, a pair of Section 7 championships, one regional championship and a runner-up finish in the final four during his prep hockey tenure.  

Personal: Born Brandon A. Buksa on June 3, 1996, in Plattsburgh, N.Y. ... son of Frank and Brenda Buksa... enjoys hunting, fly-fishing and playing hockey... plans to major in biology at Plattsburgh State.
