2024 (Graduate Student): Named to the All-Region 3 Second Team by the ABCA/Rawlings and D3Baseball.com publications, earning honors at starting pitcher... Named All-SUNYAC First Team at Pitcher... Appeared in 23 games overall, making 20 starts... On the mound made 12 appearances and eight starts... Posted the second-best ERA in the SUNYAC at 3.10, finishing 5-4 on the season in 61 innings pitched... Walked just 15 batters while striking out a team-best 56 batters... Had two complete games and one save... At the plate, posted a .222 batting average in 36 at-bats... Tallied eight hits, four runs scored, eight RBI, and one home run... Tossed a complete game against New Paltz, going seven innings in a run-rule-shortened game, striking out 10, and allowing one earned run... Won his start against Fredonia on 4/14 with six innings of two-run ball, striking out eight... Went eight innings against Oneonta (4/20) in a series-clinching win, allowing one run and striking out six... Threw a complete, nine-inning game in a series and playoff-clinching win against Brockport, allowing just two earned runs while striking out three... Earned his lone save of the year against VTSU-Castleton on 5/4, with 3.2 scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out seven... Had two hits and two RBI, as well as the first homer of his career against Cortland on 5/9 in SUNYAC tournament play... Finished his career second all-time in strikeouts with 149. 

2023 (Senior): Appeared in 33 games, starting 31 overall... As a hitter, hit .250 with a .316 on-base percentage ... Recorded 22 hits, four runs scored, seven doubles, 14 RBI, and six stolen bases ... As a pitcher, appeared in 10 games with seven starts ... Registered a 3-4 record with two saves and a 5.69 ERA ... Had 49 innings pitched, striking out 46 batters ... Tossed a career-high 8.1 innings on 4/15 in a win versus New Paltz ... Picked up saves versus New Paltz on 4/14 and Oswego on 4/22 ... In his final outing of 2023 on 5/6, tossed 6.1 strong innings, allowing just two hits and striking out four.

2022 (Junior): Appeared in 30 games, starting 28 overall ... As a hitter, hit .276 with a .672 OPS ... Recorded 21 hits, 10 runs scored, two doubles, 11 RBI, and three stolen bases ... As a pitcher, appeared in nine games with eight starts ... Registered a 2-4 record with one save and a 5.35 ERA ... Had 38.2 IP, striking out 34 batters ... In his final outing of 2022, pitched a seven-inning complete game against Brockport, giving up one run and striking out four ... Pitched a career-high eight innings against SUNY New Paltz in a conference win. 

2021 (Sophomore): Batted .280 with a .356 on-base percentage, 14 hits, one double, six walks, five runs, scored five RBI, and four stolen bases over 20 games played (17 starts). Made six pitching appearances, recording a 2-1 record with two saves, a 4.26 ERA, 13 strikeouts, three walks, and a .213 batting average against over 12.2 innings pitched.   

Before Plattsburgh State: Previously attended NCAA Division I Saint Peter's University (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference [MAAC]) where he tallied five hits, two doubles, seven runs scored, one RBI and six walks. He started all 16 games for the Peacocks in 2020.

High School: Attended Bellport High School, playing baseball and basketball... Part of league champion baseball (2017) and basketball (2018 and 2019) teams... Named All-County and All-League for baseball.  

Personal: Son of Bill and Kelli Veit... Brother, Mike Veit, is a member of the Fairleigh Dickinson baseball team... Enjoys playing video games, basketball and golf.
