2022 (Senior): Named to SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll... Did not see game action. 

2021 (Junior): Appeared in three games... Recorded an 0-1 record with a 23.14 ERA, one walk and two strikeouts in 2 1/3 innings pitched. 

2020 (Sophomore): Pitched to a 0-0 record with a 0.00 ERA on season... Tossed a scoreless 2/3 of an inning at The College of New Jersey on March 7... Season ended on March 12, due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (First-Year): Made five appearances on the mound for the Cardinals…Finished with 0.00 earned run average in 6.0 innings pitched and struck out seven.

High School: Graduated from The Harvey School in 2018... Played on the Harvey varsity baseball team for five years as a catcher, first baseman and pitcher... Named All-HVAL for three years... Was team captain for three years. 

Personal: Son of Rob and Tina Steinberg... Father, Rob, played baseball at Lynn University (1989) as a submarine pitcher... Has one younger sister, Carly... Carly, who plays soccer at Colgate University, was named to the Allstate All-America Team as a junior in high school... Serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management Club and is Sergeant at Arms for SAAC at SUNY Plattsburgh... Played club baseball for the NY Hurricanes (2016 USA Baseball Semifinalists) and the NL Showcase Team... Pierce appeared in a Coca-Cola commercial at the age of nine... Enjoys graphic design... Nickname is The Falcon.
