2019-20 (Sophomore): Appeared in five games. 

2018-19 (Freshman): Tallied one goals and four assists for five points over 23 games played... Recorded first career point with an assists in a 5-1 win at Morrisville State on Nov. 2... Garnered first career goal during a 4-0 win at Buffalo State on Feb. 8.

Before Plattsburgh State: Spent the bulk of the 2017-18 season competing for the Boston Jr. Rangers of the EHL, scoring 17 goals and adding 41 assists for 58 points...  Named Second-Team All-EHL North in 2017-18... Also saw three games of action for the New Jersey Hitmen of the NCDC in 2017-18... Logged 46 games of action for the St. Louis Jr. Blues in 2016-17, scoring 19 goals and adding 41 assists for 60 points... Helped the Tottenham Steam of the GMHL win the Russel Cup championship in 2015-16.

Personal: Son of Alex Ovchinnikov and Elena Ovchinnikova... Enjoys playing music and video games in his spare time... Left his hometown at age 14 to pursue hockey in foreign countries.
