2019 (Junior): Named to All-SUNYAC Third Team... Named to SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll... Appeared in a career-high 18 matches, including a career-high 17 starts... Tallied three goals and two assists for eight points... recorded season-high two assists in 2-1 win at SUNY Potsdam on Oct. 12... Ranked fifth on the team in points and seventh in minutes (1,424)... Chi Alpha Sigma inductee.

2018 (Sophomore): Played in 17 games and started in 14... Recorded three goals and three assists including one game-winning goal. 

2017 (First-Year): Appeared in 17 games for her first season, starting in nine... Netted her first collegiate goal, also the game-winning goal, against SUNY New Paltz (Oct. 7).

High School: Lettered six times in Soccer, four years in basketball and two years in softball...two-time Class D All-State in soccer, Class C fifth team All-State, NYS Section 2 Class D player of the year, four-time NYS Section 2 Class D Second Team All-Star, five-time Adirondack League First Team... Adirondack League All-Star in softball... 2016 Section 2 Class D Champions in soccer, 2016 Regional Champions, 2016 NYS semifinalists, 2015 Adirondack League Champions, 2014 Adirondack League champions, 2014 Section 2 Class D champions, 2014 Region champions, 2014 NYS semifinalists... Played for the Capitol United soccer club for four years.

Personal: Daughter of Brett and Andrea Seamans... Father was on the men's wrestling team at University of Maine at Orno... Sister, Olivia, played soccer for SUNY Potsdam.
