Plattsburgh State Athletics

Junior (2019): Appeared in 25 games for the Cardinals, making 23 starts in the outfield…Finished with a .275 average with 22 hits, 8 runs, three double and 12 RBIs and went 9-for-9 in stolen bases... Was named SUNYAC Athlete of the Week on April 1 after a six hits, five RBIs and one run 2-1 series over Brockport. He went 3-for-3 at the plate in the second game and recorded one RBI off a double and scored the tying run in the seventh after stealing home. 

Sophomore (2018): Appeared in 25 games for the Cardinals, making 13 starts between behind the plate and in the outfield…Finished with a .440 average with 22 hits, 20 runs, four double and two RBIs and went 7-for-8 in stolen bases. 

Freshman (2017): Appeared in 10 games for the Cardinals, making two starts behind the plate…Finished with a .429 average with three hits, three runs, one double and one RBI.

Before Plattsburgh State: Played ice hockey, soccer and baseball at Beekmantown High School... Was a CVAC Second Team Goalie in ice hockey... Tabbed as a CVAC First Team outfielder in baseball... Played summer baseball for the Clinton County Mariners, earning team's rookie of the year award in 2014 and team's defensive player of the award in 2015 and 2016.

Personal: Son of Jerry and Sherri Kowalowski... Also a member of the Plattsburgh State hockey team... Grandfather, Tom Kowalowski, played professional baseball within the New York Yankees organization... Cousin, Kyle Kowalowski '09, played baseball at Plattsburgh State.
