Biography

High School: Is one of a long line of former Chazy Central School soccer stars who makes the relatively short trek to Plattsburgh State… piled up an impressive collection of individual honors including a pair of First Team All-State citations as well as a Final Four MVP laurel… led the Eagles’ powerhouse program to a pair of Class D state titles during his tenure on the squad… also spent five years patrolling the blue line for the Eagles’ hockey squad where he secured Second Team All-State honors in addition to a spot on the Final Four All-Tournament Team… took part in baseball for three seasons at the varsity level, too, where he played shortstop… joined up with the Plattsburgh Football Club squad for four tours of duty.
 
Personal: Born Joshua Daniel Barriere on December 20, 1996, in Plattsburgh, N.Y. … son of Daniel and Krystal Barriere… enjoys spending time with friends and family… plans to major in childhood education at Plattsburgh State.
