2009 (Junior): Led the Cardinals with 56 goals, 71 points, 166 shots, four game-winning goals, eight man-up goals, 14 penalties and 12.5 penalty-minutes...named All-Eastern College Athletic Conference Upstate and all-region by the New York State Lacrosse Coaches' Association (second team), both firsts by a Plattsburgh player...became only the second Cardinal attacker to be named All-SUNYAC twice (second team)...top goal-scorer in the SUNYAC...fourth in conference scoring average with 4.18 points per game...April 13 SUNYAC Player of the Week when he led the squad with a team-high seven goals in a 1-1 week that saw the Cardinals beat Oneonta for the first time ever, 16-14 on the road, and play then-No. 3 ranked Cortland to the closest game (a 4-goal loss, 12-8) since 2002...also had 36 ground balls, a career high. 

2008 (Sophomore): Was a medical redshirt because of an ankle injury.

2007 (Freshman): Named to the All-SUNYAC Second Team after recording arguably the best season for a first-year player in Cardinals history...set a then-school record with 61 points, ranking second in the SUNYAC and 23rd in NCAA scoring with 4.07 points per game...also led team with 118 shots...became first player in program history to be named ECAC Upstate Offensive Player of the Week, earning the honor twice on March 19 (12 goals and 18 points in three Spring Break victories) and April 2 (9 goals-12 points-11 ground balls during three-game span)...38 goals and 23 assists--both third-best totals in school annals...33 ground balls.

High School:  Earned two lacrosse letters under Gerry Goodfellow...named all-county during senior year after scoring 49 goals and 66 points...goals are third-most in a single season in school history...Exceptional Senior Game Offensive MVP...finished prep career with 66 goals and 32 assists for 98 points...also earned varsity letters in hockey (2) and soccer (1)...alternate captain in hockey for two seasons.

Personal:  Born Kyle Lawrence Norchi on Aug. 31, 1988 in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y....parents are Thomas and Phyllis…enjoys surfing...works as a game-day assistant for Plattsburgh State Sports Information Office...majoring in elementary education, with English concentration.
