Moe Tsukimoto (Sapporo, Japan/Northwood School) recorded a hat trick, as the No. 2/3 Plattsburgh State women's ice hockey team downed the Ottawa Lady 67's Intermediate AA team, 9-1, in its final exhibition game of the year on Saturday afternoon at the Ronald B. Stafford Ice Arena.

Hannah Kiraly (Glendale, Ariz./Northern Cyclones) dished out two assists.
Per NCAA rules for exhibition contests, neither the statistics nor the result count toward the Cardinals' record.
Plattsburgh State opens up its regular-season and Northeast Women's Hockey League (NEWHL) schedule on Friday, Nov. 2, as it hosts SUNY Cortland in a 7 p.m. game.
Katonka put the Cardinals on the board 3:51 into the contest, scoring on the power play thanks to assists from Moriarty and Kiraly. Tsukimoto found the back of the net at 8:10 of the first period on assists from Katonka and sophomore defenseman
Kerri Corcoran (Rockville, Md./Washington Pride) and added a power-play goal 1:15 later courtesy of a Katonka face-off win and a Kiraly feed from the point.
Goleniak cashed in on a feed from Wolf 4:23 into the second period before Tsukimoto completed the hat trick at 7:05 of the second period, scoring unassisted. Wolf entered the goal column 1:40 later on passes from freshman forwards

The Ottawa Lady 67's erased the shutout bid 51 seconds after Moriarty's goal, as Hayley McDonald found twine on assists from Olivianne Devine and Darian Kennedy.
Plattsburgh State finished with a 48-22 edge in shots on goal and went 2-for-4 on the power play. The Ottawa Lady 67's were scoreless in three chances with the extra skater.
