PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men’s lacrosse team will be wearing special pink and blue jersey on Friday, April 8 against Morrisville State to raise awareness for breast and prostate cancer, promoting the message to “Protect your equipment, one check at a time.”

In addition to the special jerseys, members of the student-athlete advisory committee and men’s and women’s soccer teams will be on-hand to conduct a 50/50 raffle.  The Cardinal lacrosse team will also be accepting donations at the game, with all proceeds from the event benefiting the CVPH Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.

The non-conference game against the Mustangs is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Field House Lacrosse Complex.
