OSWEGO, N.Y.--Ryan Tibbetts scored his first goal of the season with 1 minute and 8 seconds left in overtime to lift host Oswego State to a 2-1 sudden-victory Friday over Plattsburgh State in State University of New York Athletic Conference men's soccer action at Laker Field.
