CORTLAND, N.Y. - The Plattsburgh State volleyball team lost a pair of 3-0 matches to Oneonta and Cortland at Corey Gymnasium on Saturday to close out the State University of New York Athletic Conference schedule. The match scores were 25-11, 25-11, 25-13 in favor of the former Red Dragons, and 25-13, 25-17, 25-18 by the latter host Red Dragons. The Cardinals are now 9-21 overall and 0-8 in the conference.
Against Oneonta, Susan Bodkin paced the offense with 12 assists and four kills while Abby Mell also notched four kills. Kristin Saheim had a team-best seven digs and Bodkin chipped in six.
Chelsea Corral, Kaitlyn Bakker and Saheim each had four kills against Cortland. Kayla Nason dished 10 assists and digged six balls. Chyresse Wells made 12 digs.
