2017-18 Krampade AHCA All-American Scholars

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men's ice hockey team had three student-athletes selected to the 2017-18 Krampade American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholar list, as announced Thursday by the AHCA.
 
Rising junior forward Joe Drabin (Rochester, N.Y./Wenatchee Wild), rising junior defenseman Antoine Fournier-Gosselin (Saint-Lazare, Quebec/Cégep de Saint-Laurent) and rising sophomore goaltender Jimmy Poreda (Tonawanda, N.Y./Connecticut Jr. Rangers) all represented Plattsburgh State on the list.
 
The award is bestowed upon student-athletes who attained at least a 3.6 grade-point average each semester and participated in at least 40 percent of their team's games in 2017-18.
