PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the men's ice hockey season ticket renewal process for the 2017-18 season in addition to two new options beginning this year: a general-admission season ticket pass to Cardinal women's ice hockey games as well as a combined men's and women's ice hockey season ticket package.
 
Men's ice hockey season tickets will cost $141 again this year, with all fees included in that price. Those who held season tickets last year will be able to renew their season tickets from Monday, July 17, at 9 a.m. through Monday, July 31, at 12 p.m. From Monday, Aug. 7, at 9 a.m. through Friday, Aug. 11, at 12 p.m., all remaining season tickets will be open to members of the general public who did not have season tickets in 2016-17. Interested parties purchasing season tickets for the first time should contact the Field House at (518) 564-4062 on Monday, Aug. 7, for availability.
 
Women's ice hockey season tickets will cost $50 and will be general admission. This marks the first time in Plattsburgh State history that women's ice hockey fans will have the option to purchase season tickets, providing the convenience of having a credentialed ticket in advance of all home games. Ticket sales for women's ice hockey season tickets begin on Monday, Aug. 14, and continue through Friday, Sept. 1, and they will only be sold at the Field House box office Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
 
The combined package, all told, will cost $180. Current men's ice hockey season ticket holders will have the option to purchase a women's ice hockey season ticket at $39—an $11 discount from the regular price. Men's ice hockey season tickets must be renewed or purchased during the specified dates above to have access to the combined ticket package once women's ice hockey season tickets become available. These combined packages will be available for purchase from Monday, Aug. 14, through Friday, Sept. 1, and they will only be sold at the Field House box office Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
 
All men's ice hockey season ticket renewals will be sold online at tickets.plattsburgh.edu, and the complete home game schedule, including tournaments, for both teams can be found on the official online home of Cardinal Athletics, www.gocardinalsports.com. A season ticket pick-up reception will occur in October on a date to be determined.
 
Instructions for renewals are as follows (but will not be active before July 17):
-Go to http://plattsburgh.universitytickets.com/packages/PackageList.asp
-Log in with your email and password.
-Click "Season Tickets" in the top banner, and select 2017-18 Hockey Season.  You should see the list of all games, your seats listed and the total due.
-Under "Delivery Option" select E-Ticket.
-Enter your credit card information and Process Order.
